The Kala Salon in Thamel is presenting ‘Antardrishti–An Inner Vision’.Post Report
The Kala Salon in Thamel is presenting ‘Antardrishti–An Inner Vision’, an exhibition of artworks by Sangee Shrestha that reflects on the power of human connection.
The exhibit will be inaugurated on February 19 at 4 pm, in the presence of Nabha Basnyat Thapa, lead of the Culture Sector at UNESCO Nepal.
Sangee Shrestha is a multidisciplinary freelance visual artist whose journey spans over three decades. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Tribhuvan University and a Master’s degree in History, Culture, and Archaeology from the same institution.
Her work explores human emotions, identity, and social conflicts, using a mix of human figures and geometric shapes.
“With deep intuition and insight, Sangee Shrestha works across mediums, using her instincts to guide her, trusting always in her process, allowing her creative self to come through in her paintings and her ceramic works,” says Sophia L Pandé, curator of Kala Salon.
