Exploring AI through art and spirituality
The multi-sensory exhibition at Artudio combines sound, image, and live elements to build a space for reflection.Mokshyada Thapa
Artudio with V-Chitra is presenting ‘Resonance’, an event featuring an exhibition, an artist talk, and a performance by artist Caroline Stedman Mishra.
The central theme of the event is to connect spirituality, nature, animistic elements, and art.
At the opening ceremony, the artist will walk through the making of her work, providing an interactive experience for viewers.
As for the rest of the exhibition, a live, immersive experience combining audiovisual ritual, sound, and guided meditation expands it into a space of embodied awareness and reflection.
Mishra (Miss Kotton) is a British New Media Artist and creative technologist based in India, working across mixed media and emerging technologies.

Her background is in live sound, spatial, electronic and electroacoustic music composition and creative and technical event production. Creating with AI and XR, she is known for designing interactive installations, immersive theatrical experiences, curation/programming, and technology-led innovations for festivals and brands, including the Glastonbury Festival.
The artist statement reads, “My work looks at how we can build better relationships with machines, each other, and nature to support progress while also recognising the harms and finding ways to reduce them.”
The event not only serves to portray how technology benefits mankind, but also addresses its consequences for nature.
“Through this event, we want to reflect the dimensional functions of AI in art. As a contemporary art platform, we also want to have discussions on how emerging technologies find their way towards artistic creations,” claims Kailash Shrestha, the artist and co-founder at Artudio.
According to the gallery, the exhibition is interactive: each artwork links to an online series of images, animations, music videos, audio, and extended literature that explore the mythology, deities, customs, and philosophy of ‘Resonance’ via a QR code.
