Nepal’s largest and most glamorous jewellery expo is returning after a two-year hiatus.
Post Report
Nepal's largest and most glamorous jewellery expo is returning after a two-year hiatus. Nepal Gem and Jewellery Association (NEGJA) are holding the fourth edition of their Jewelry Fashion Runway on January 12 at Hotel Yak and Yeti, Durbar Marg, Kathmandu. Additionally, all the designs showcased during the runway will be featured at the exhibition from January 13 to 15.
The event will feature designs from the biggest jewellers in Nepal, and several big names from the Nepali modelling scene, including Aditi Adhikari, Vagya Kachhapati, and Irina Shrestha, among others, will be walking the runway. Indian actress, model, and television personality Malaika Arora will appear as the show stopper for the runway. Supermodel Sabita Karki will be choreographing the show. The jewellery exhibition will start with an inauguration ceremony on January 13 at Hotel Yak & Yeti at 1pm.
The event was previously held in 2011, 2014 and 2020. The organisers, NEGJA, claim they are planning to hold it every three years.
While the runway show is invitees only, jewellery enthusiasts can look at all the beautiful jewellery designs in the exhibition. Entry to the exhibition is free.
