12 injured in Chitwan bus accident

At least 12 people were injured in a bus accident on the Bharatpur-Aanptaari-Devghat road section on Tuesday. Two among the injured are in serious condition.
The bus (Na 7 Kha 1554) en route to Pokhara from Devghat overturned in a drain due to over-speed, informed District Police Office, Chitwan. There were 30 passengers aboard the bus when the incident occurred.
The injured are being treated at the College of Medical Sciences, Bharatpur, Chitwan and the Chitwan Medical College.
The bus driver is absconding following the accident. RSS
