Eighteen government and Army officials completed the Advanced Training on National Security that was jointly conducted by the Ministry of Defence and Nepal Army. 

The 10-day training took place at Shivapuri-based Army Command and Staff College. 

Addressing the concluding ceremony of the training on Friday, Defence Minister Balkrishna Khand expressed hope that the input of the training would help the participants to develop work efficiency and increase proper functioning to dedicate themselves more to serve the nation and the people. 

The minister also awarded the participants of the training with certificates. 

Chief of the Army Staff Rajendra Chhetri, Defence Secretary Shreedhar Sapkota and head of the National Investigation Department and senior Army and government officials were present at the ceremony.
