Three persons died in Mahottari from the powerful aftershock that hit the country on May 12, following the devastating April 25 earthquake.
Suraj Mandal, 70, of Bhatauliya-8, Mishri Mahato, 30, of Banauta -5 and five-month-old daughter of Dinesh Saha of Banauta-6 lost their lives to the powerful aftershock, the District Police Office Mahottari said.
Similarly, seven people were injured in the aftershock. They are being treated at the local Shubhaswastik Hospital, the police said. RSS
