Everest Hospitality and Hotel Pvt Ltd, the owner of Kathmandu Marriott Hotel, has announced the distribution of Rs25.58 million in annual profit bonuses to its employees for the last fiscal year.
In a statement, the company said the bonus reflects its strong financial performance and underscores its continued commitment to recognising and rewarding the dedication, hard work, and valuable contributions of its workforce.
“The management firmly believes that motivated and engaged associates are fundamental to delivering service excellence and sustaining long-term organisational success,” the statement said. The company noted that profit-sharing initiatives play a vital role in strengthening trust, teamwork, and overall employee engagement across departments.
Similarly, Fairfield by Marriott Kathmandu, owned and operated by Nepal Hospitality and Hotel Ltd, has also announced the distribution of its annual profit bonus to employees for the last fiscal year. Gaurav Agarwal, managing director of Everest Hospitality and Hotel Pvt Ltd, said the success of both properties is driven by their teams.
