The Kathmandu Valley Development Authority has issued a 35-day notice to remove illegal structures constructed by encroaching government and unused public lands.
Issuing a notice on Wednesday, the authority has given 35 days to remove structures constructed illegally by encroaching government, unused public lands and lands near the river banks within the Kathmandu Valley.
The authority, through the notice, has warned of charging the cost incurred during the demolition drive from the concerned individuals or organisations if they fail to remove such structures on their own.
