Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) candidate Pukar Bam has been elected from Kathmandu Constituency No. 4.
Bam secured 29,142 votes in the House of Representatives election.
His nearest rival, Nepali Congress candidate Sachin Timilsena, received 8,824 votes, while CPN-UML candidate Rajan Bhattarai finished third with 5,733 votes.
