Nepal Police start free bus service in Kathmandu
In view of the difficulties being faced by general public due to the shortage of fuel, Nepal Police have started operating free bus service around the Capital city from Monday.
In view of the difficulties faced by general public due to the shortage of fuel, Nepal Police have started operating free bus service around the Capital city from Monday.
The service has been launched in three routes for the convenience of public. In every route a bus will make a single round trip, according to Nepal Police Facebook page.
In route no. 1, the service will be provided from 11am to 1:30 pm. This route covers Naxal, Putalisadak, Maitighar, Kupondole, Pulchok, Jawalakhel, Ekantakuna, Balkhu, Kalanki, Kalimati, Tripureshwor, Sahidgate, Ratnapark, Durbarmarg and Naxal.
In route no. 2, the bus will be in operation from 11am to 2pm. This route covers Naxal, Maitidevi, Gaushala, Koteshwor, Tinkune, Babarmahal, Maitighar, Tripureshwor, Sahidgate, Lainchour, Lazimpat, Narayangopal Chok, Baluwatar and Naxal.
Similarly, in route no. 3, a bus will be operated from 11am to 1:45pm. This route covers Naxal, Jay Nepal, Lainchour, Shorakhute, Naya Bazar, Balaju Chok, New Buspark, Narayangopal Chok, Sukedhara Chok, Ratopul and Naxal.
