Chudmani Upreti aka Gore, the alleged mastermind of the 33 kg gold smuggling, has been brought to Biratnagar on Tuesday afternoon.
He will be produced before to District Court, Morang, today itself.
A police team under the special investigation committee of Ministry of Home Affairs had rounded up Upreti from Gaurighat of Kathmandu at around 5:30 am today.
