Yog Kumar Phagami elected NRNA UK prez
Yog Kumar Phagami has been elected as president of Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA)-UK.

In an election held on held on Saturday, Phagami garnered 1298 votes while his closest rival Krishna Timilsina received 912 votes, and Hiradhan Rai secured 560 votes. Similarly, Prem Bahadur Ale, Prem Gaha Magar, Punam Gurung, Lalit Kumar Neupane, Sher Bahadur Sunar and Sushila Rai have been elected as vice presidents.
Likewise, Raj Kumar Tripathi has been elected as general secretary, and Binaya Adhikari has been elected as deputy general secretary, while Taranath Bhandari, Narayan Poudel Gaunle, and Suraj Maskey have been elected as secretaries. Sachin Shrestha has been elected as treasurer and Gajendra Gurung has been elected as joint treasurer. Lal Bahadur Gurung and Kumar Thapa have been elected as youth coordinator.
Aarkaraj Timsina, Ganga Bahadur Rana, Jeet Bahadur Ranabhat, Debindra Thapa, Pawan Sharma, Pawan Rai, Bimala Limbu, Mukesh Rana and Homnath Poudel have been elected as members. According to election committee, Kumari Gurung, Jaya Prakash Gurung, and Shanti Thapa Kunwar have been elected as ICC members.
Expressing his happiness on being elected at the president, Phagami thanked all the voters for their votes. Saying that his term would be challenging, the newly elected NRNA-UK president said that he will work in coordination with other friends.
