Bhairawaha-businessman shooting suspect made public

One Bablu Tiwari alias Arvind of Raxual-1 in Motihari district, of India, was arrested for his involvement in the attempted murder of businessman Neupane on December 4, 2016. Neupane had escaped unscathed during the attempt at his life.
The police have claimed that Tiwari used to threaten and extort money from various businesspersons and individuals through telephone.
According to the police, Tiwari fled to Kathmandu after the incident where he was caught in possession of contraband drugs on January 13. After his arrest Bablu, to avoid his connection to the shooting incident, gave his alias name—Arvind Yadav, to the Koteshwor-based Narcotic Control Bureau.
Likewise, Bablu in a statement while being charged with possession of illegal drugs and weapons on June 16, 2009 had given his name as Bablu Tiwari of Jugaul, Sunauligram in Maharajgunj Thana, India.
Meanwhile, Rupandehi SP Shyam Gyawali informed that the person who had stated his name as Bablu Tiwari and Arvind Yadav was confirmed to be the same person after verifying the finger prints taken after the arrests.
The accused has been taken to Bairwaha jail from Jagganath Deval, Kathmandu for further investigation into the case.
