The main opposition CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli claimed that his party would emerge as a largest force in local, provincial and parliamentary elections in order to protect nationality.The main opposition CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli claimed that his party would emerge as a largest force in local, provincial and parliamentary elections in order to protect nationality.
Addressing a programme at Nareshwortar in Bhanu Municipality of Tanahun district on Friday, he said that the country is seeking his party’s leadership to overcome the dominating character of India.
The former Prime Minister criticised the ruling parties for failing to digest the issues raised by his party.
Oli said that the parties who are protesting the nationalism agenda of CPN-UML are working at the behest of foreign powers including India.
If raising voice against blockade and talking about safeguarding the nationality are wrong, what is the meaning of nationality? Oli questioned.
He went on to say that the country won’t head towards the path of development if rail service along the East-West Highway was not operated and electricity through wind was not generated.
Dubbing the Nepali Congress a frog of a well, he urged all not to expect development from the party.
