Chautara (sindhupalchok)
Traffic has been affected along the Araniko Highway after around 100 meters road has caved in at Mahavir in Bahrabise Municipality-9 in the district, the police said.
Transportation that was briefly halted along Katmandu-Bahrabise resumed on Saturday after around 10 hours following a repair, said Inspector Pancha Kumar Bankhu. Only one way traffic was allowed.
"It is uncertain when the transportation gets halted again as repair is temporary," the locals said, adding that the road started caving in since one month ago.
Travelers have been affected at large with the Dashain festival around the corner, when people's movement is increased in general. RSS
