A student was seriously injured in a khukuri attack by one of his classmates at Campuschowk in Dhadingbesi, Dhading on Thursday morning.
According to the police, Suman Tamang, a grade 12 student a Nilkantha Bahumukhi Campus, was attacked by a khukuri knife by his classmate Syanjen Tamang.
Suman has sustained two deep injuries to his head after the attack. He has been sent to Kathmandu for further medical treatment.
A search is underway to apprehend the attacker, informed the police. However, the police is yet to determine the cause of the incident.
