Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) suffered a whopping decline of 40.32 points to close at 1658 points on Thursday. The NEPSE had witnessed an opening of 1700 points.
Likewise, the sensitive index also declined by 2.48 points, the NEPSE said, adding that the total 1 million 620 thousand 787 shares of various 135 companies were traded at about Rs 1.56 billion.
The share of banks dropped by 2.57 points, hotels by 2.41, development banks by 2.34, hydropower companies by 2.78, finance companies by 1.55 points, insurance companies by 2.72 points and others by 1.41 points. RSS
