Hazy conditions are likely in a few places of the Tarai region on Friday, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division.

The division said it will remain generally cloudy in Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpashchim provinces, while the rest of the country will see mainly fair weather.

Tonight, fog and mist are expected to persist until midday in some Terai areas. Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpashchim provinces will remain generally cloudy, with partly cloudy conditions elsewhere.

The division said Nepal is currently under the slight influence of westerly winds.
