The Meteorological Forecasting Division said the country will see generally cloudy conditions in the Himalayan and hilly regions during the day, while the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy skies.

It said there is a possibility of moderate rain or snowfall with thunder and lightning in a few places in the hilly and mountainous regions, and at one or two places in the Tarai of Koshi Province.

At night, the weather will remain generally cloudy in Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpashchim provinces, as well as in the Himalayan regions of Bagmati and Koshi provinces. Other hilly and Tarai areas will see partly cloudy conditions.

The Division said there is a chance of moderate rain or snowfall with thunder and lightning in some hilly and mountainous areas of Lumbini, Karnali, Sudurpashchim and Gandaki provinces, and at one or two places in the Himalayan regions of Bagmati and Koshi.
