The Meteorological Forecasting Division has said that the hilly areas of Koshi Province, Bagmati Province, and Gandaki Province will remain partly to generally cloudy on Tuesday, with light rain likely at one or two locations. The rest of the country will see partly cloudy to mainly fair skies.

There are chances of light snowfall at one or two places in the high hilly and mountainous regions of Koshi Province, Bagmati Province, and Gandaki Province.

Tonight, similar weather conditions are expected, with partly to generally cloudy skies over the hilly areas of Koshi Province, Bagmati Province, and Gandaki Province, while the rest of the country will have clear to partly cloudy skies. Light rain may occur at one or two places in the hilly regions, with chances of light snowfall in the high hilly and mountainous regions.

The current weather status indicates partly cloudy conditions in the hilly areas, while the rest of the country, including the Tarai, is experiencing mainly clear weather. A light haze is observed in some locations in the Tarai.

On Monday, Jomsom recorded the lowest temperature at 0.5°C, while Bhairahawa saw the highest temperature of 28.0°C. No rainfall was recorded in the past 24 hours across the country.
