The weather across the country on Friday is forecast to be generally cloudy throughout the day.

Light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is likely to occur at some places of all provinces, with chances of heavy rainfall at one or two places of the Bagmati Province and Lumbini Province.

Heavy rainfall is likely to occur in one or two places of Bagmati and Lumbini provinces. Other parts of the country may also experience rain, though it is expected to be less intense.

Tonight the division noted that similar weather patterns will persist, with heavy rainfall expected at one or two places in Koshi, Bagmati, and Lumbini provinces. The rest of the country will remain partly to generally cloudy, with chances of light to moderate rain and thunderstorms in multiple regions, including Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Lumbini, and Sudurpaschim provinces.

On Thursday, the highest recorded temperature was 36.9 Degrees Celsius in Janakpur, while the lowest was in Jomsom at 14.5 Degrees Celsius.
