The weather will be partly cloudy in Koshi Province and Madhesh Province along with the hilly regions of the rest of the provinces on Friday.

The Meteorological Forecasting Division said the weather will be mainly fair in the rest of the country.

Light rain or thunder and lightning are likely to occur at one or two places in hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki and Karnali provinces, it said.

Likewise, there are chances of light snowfall at one or two places in the high hilly and mountainous regions of the country.

It will be partly cloudy in Koshi, Madhesh and Bagmati along with the hilly regions of Gandaki and Karnali and mainly fair in the rest of the country tonight.

Bhairahawa recorded the highest temperature, 40.2 degrees Celsius, on Thursday, while Jumla’s minimum temperature dropped to 7.3 degrees Celsius on Friday.
