An aftershock measuring 5.3 on Richter scale was felt on Thursday
According to National Seismological Centre, the jolt was the aftershock of the 7.9 magnitude Gorkha Quake of April 25. Its epicentre was at Nimlung in Sindhupalchok district
Panic-stricken people ran out of their houses when the aftershock struck at 10 am.

More than 400 aftershocks above 4 Richter scale have been recorded following the Gorkha quake. A 4.3 magnitude aftershock was also felt on Tuesday.
