The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has taken a commanding lead in the ongoing count of proportional representation (PR) votes for the House of Representatives.
According to the Election Commission’s latest update, 31,882 votes have been counted so far, with the RSP securing 18,830 votes.
The Nepali Congress is a distant second with 5,560 votes. The Rastriya Prajatantra Party stands third with 2,848 votes, followed by the CPN-UML with 2,101 votes.
The Shram Sanskriti Party has received 784 votes, while the Nepali Communist Party has secured 619 votes. Other parties have obtained smaller vote shares as counting continues.
