Rastriya Swatantra Party candidate Ranju Darshana has maintained her lead in Kathmandu-1, securing 9,078 votes in the preliminary count.
Nepali Congress candidate Prabal Thapa is in second place with 4,488 votes, while Rastriya Prajatantra Party candidate Rabindra Mishra holds third place with 2,355 votes.
Nepali Communist Party candidate Menuka Bhandari has received 201 votes. So far, 412 votes have been invalidated.
