A police source said Bishwakarma is accused of attacking the election rally attended by Province 1 Chief Minister Sher Dhan Rai in Bhojpur. The Maoist leader, who was first arrested on August 8 on extortion charge from Kathmandu, was freed at the instruction of the apex court, only to be arrested again on other criminal charges, including the attacks on cell towers of Ncell in Kavre and Nuwakot districts.
