Landslide obstructs Kodari Highway
Traffic along the Kodari Highway has been obstructed after the road section in Jhaylebhir, Sindhupa- lchok, caved in due to a landside on Thursday morning. Hundreds of passengers have been stranded as result. Security personnel were working until late Friday afternoon to clear the landslide debris.bookmark

Traffic along the Kodari Highway has been obstructed after the road section in Jhaylebhir, Sindhupa- lchok, caved in due to a landside on Thursday morning. Hundreds of passengers have been stranded as result. Security personnel were working until late Friday afternoon to clear the landslide debris.
Pemadolma Sherpa, a woman from Tatopani, said she had to walk for hours so that she could get a Kathmandu-bound bus because of the landslide. Lamosanghu-Jiri road and Melamchi-Bhotang road have also been obstructed due to landslides.
