Four persons, three of them Indian nationals, have been arrested with 40 kilograms of hashish from Bhumesthan-6 in Dhading district.
Police said one local and three Indians—one woman and two men—were arrested while selling the contraband along the Prithivi Highway, said police.
The arrestee are Shambhu Rijal, 34, of Bhumesthan-7, and Indian national Akhilesh Kumar Bhagat, 20, Santosh Paswan, 18, and Madhu Giri aka Bitu, 28, all from Darbhanga, Bihar.
Police said Rijal was selling the drug to the Indians while they were busted.
