Cathay Pacific officially kicked off its “80 Years Together” anniversary celebrations at a special event attended by senior leadership, underscoring the airline’s eight-decade legacy in global aviation.
The event was hosted by Cathay Group chief executive officer Ronald Lam, along with chief customer and commercial officer Lavinia Lau, chief operations and service delivery officer Alex McGowan, and chief financial officer Rebecca Sharpe.
Speaking on the occasion, the executives highlighted Cathay’s long-standing commitment to connecting people, places and cultures, while reaffirming the group’s focus on customer experience, operational excellence and sustainable growth as it marks the milestone year.
