F1Soft, one of leading fintech companies in Nepal, celebrated its 21st anniversary on Sunday, marking over two decades of pioneering financial technology solutions that have revolutionised the country's digital financial services. Established in 2004, F1Soft has forged partnerships with major banks and financial institutions, providing seamless digital financial services to millions of Nepali citizens.
The company has been instrumental in introducing a wide range of innovations, including mobile banking, digital wallets, mobile payment networks, digital lending, and remittance solutions, which have significantly enhanced financial accessibility across Nepal.
In addition to celebrating this milestone, F1Soft also announced a significant leadership transition. Siddhant Thakuri, previously the company’s Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed as the new President of F1Soft Group. He succeeds founder Biswas Dhakal, who has been at the helm since the company's inception.
Thakuri expressed his enthusiasm about the future, stating, “F1Soft has been at the forefront of fintech innovation, and I look forward to building on this legacy to create even greater value for our customers, partners, and stakeholders.”
