Kathmandu
The Varnabas Museum Hotel announced its initial public offering (IPO) during its first annual general meeting. The boutique luxury property is located in the heart of Kathmandu.
The Varnabas Museum opened its doors in February last year, five years after its construction began. The museum is named Varnabas, meaning the home of many Varnas. Built on a 48,000 sq ft area with a total investment of Rs1.31 billion, the hotel blends indigenous Nepali culture with world-class grandeur.
The opulent designs were crafted in their initial phases by Thai architects at Nova Studio, which carried out landscaping work. During its development, the Varnabas Museum Hotel contributed to the community by rebuilding school buildings and nearby structures.
