Soaltee Hotel donates Rs7.5 million to Kathmandu Institute of Child Health

Kathmandu: Soaltee Hotel Limited has donated Rs7.5 million to establish children’s hospitals in Kathmandu and Damak, Jhapa, as part of its corporate social responsibility.
Of the total amount, a cheque for Rs2.5 million was handed over to Dr Bhagwan Koirala, founding chairman of Kathmandu Institute of Child Health, by Dinesh Bahadur Bista, executive chairman of Soaltee Hotel Limited, on Tuesday.
“This generous donation underscores the hotel’s profound commitment to advancing child healthcare services and emphasises the pivotal role of our corporate social responsibility,” the hotel said in a statement.
“The collaboration exemplifies the hotel’s commitment to addressing critical healthcare challenges and fostering positive change in communities.”
