NMB Bank concludes 26th AGM
The AGM approved the proposal to distribute 12.5 percent bonus shares and 3.3 percent cash dividend on the current paid-up capital of the bank.

NMB Bank held its 26thannual general meeting (AGM) on Thursday at Army Officer’s Club in Kathmanduunder the chairmanship of Pawan Kumar Golyan.
The AGM approved the proposal todistribute 12.5 percent bonus shares and 3.3 percent cash dividend on thecurrent paid-up capital of the bank.
The bank earned Rs2.71 billion net profit,collected more than Rs166.45 billion deposits and invested over Rs158.04billion loans till Ashadh 2078, according to the press release issued by thebank.
The bank currently provides its services through 201 branches, 138 ATMsand 9 extension counters.
