Samsung Electronics Nepal on Monday launched two new smartphones, the Galaxy A6 and A6, with Infinity Display in the domestic market. The infinity design on the Galaxy A6 and A6 gives users nearly 15 percent more display area without increasing the overall size of the device, the company said in a press statement. This can be attributed to the extremely thin bezels and swapping the physical home button with a software powered in-display home button, it said.
The finger print sensor also moves to the back of the device for added convenience. These changes in the display hardware deliver a 18.5:9 aspect ratio that provides an end to end viewing experience and more browsing space.
The Galaxy A6 and A6 are priced at Rs44,390 and Rs39,890 respectively. Both smartphones come with a six-month breakage insurance in association with Shikhar Insurance. Consumers will also get a promotional data of 6,000 MB and 500 MB respectively per week for 12 weeks powered by Ncell on the purchase of the A6 or A6 , according to the company.
