Conceptual guidance through AI research
Disturbed by the loss of lives in the Gen Z movement, I began questioning how art could respond to such pain. I envisioned an installation where I would release my own blood into a sacred river and document the act.
Before executing it, I used AI to research whether similar works had been done. I found that Chinese artist He Yunchang had created a comparable performance in 1999. This discovery made me rethink the concept and instead channel my emotions into a large painting titled ‘Gen Z Balidai Chha’.
Writing and communication support
AI assists me in shaping my artist statements and exhibition texts. It helps organise my ideas, refine tone, and make complex emotions more readable to audiences and curators.
Acting as a writing partner, AI doesn’t replace my words but helps me express them more clearly and confidently in professional settings.
Expanding creative possibilities and reflection
I also use AI to visualise and expand my artistic ideas. By generating prompts or visual suggestions related to my themes, I explore new perspectives before painting.
Still, I see AI as a collaborator rather than a creator. Though it offers technical precision, genuine emotion, and imperfection remain purely human.
