Light rain with thunder and lightning is occurring in some parts of Sudurpaschim, Karnali, Gandaki, and Bagmati provinces.

In the afternoon, hilly areas of Sudurpaschim, Karnali, and other provinces will see partial to general cloud cover, while other regions will remain mostly clear. Light rain and thunderstorms are expected in some hilly areas of Sudurpaschim, Karnali, Lumbini, and Gandaki provinces, with light snowfall likely in high-altitude areas.

At night, partial to general cloud cover will persist in hilly areas, with mostly clear skies elsewhere. A few places in hilly regions may experience light rain with thunderstorms, and high-altitude areas could see light snowfall.

Over the next 24 hours, Sudurpaschim, Karnali, and other hilly regions will experience similar conditions, with the possibility of light rain and thunderstorms. The division has advised caution due to potential impacts on daily life, health, agriculture, roads, and aviation.
