Koica’s aid to Nepali taekwondo

Korea International Co-operation Agency (Koica) on Saturday handed over electrical equipments worth Rs 2.9 million to the Nepal Taekwondo Association.
Koica Country Director Dr Hyung Koo Kim handed over the equipments to NTA President Prakash Shumsher Rana and General Secretary Deepak Raj Gurung during a programme.
The equipments include 16 chest covers, 30 censor shocks, 15 head guards, three sets each of joysticks and reliever. The equipments can be used in three arenas at a time, informed referee chairman Nabin Kumar Shrestha.
The received equipments were used on Saturday through sparing and poomsae demonstrational games. (PR)
