Tribhuvan Army Club (TAC) returned with a convincing victory in the Keshav Lal Shrestha Memorial National Volleyball Tournament on Saturday.

TAC eased to a 25-17, 25-14, 25-15 victory over their departmental archrivals Nepal Police Club. In other matches of the day, Eastern Region beat Far Western Region 25-21, 25-16, 25-15 and Western Region saw off Sipa Pokhare Youth Network 25-13, 25-15, 25-12.

Earlier, hosts Makwanpur defeated Eastern Region 25-21, 25-22, 32-30 to enter the semi-final. The tournament will see three quarter-final matches on Sunday. (PR)
