Former mayor Paudel found dead
The former sub-metropolitan city chief found dead at his residence.

Bara
Krishna Paudel, the former mayor of Jeetpursimara Sub-metropolitan City of Bara has been found dead.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Dadhiram Neupane, spokesperson of Bara District Police Office, said the former mayor was found dead in his residence in Jeetpursimara-2, Simara on Thursday evening.
According to DSP Neupane, police have reached the incident site and are investigating the matter.
He was also secretary of the CPN-UML Madhesh Province committee.
Paudel, who also contributed to the cooperative sector in Bara, was elected as the mayor in 2017.
