Outreach Nepal secures 13 honours at Flame Awards South East Asia 2025
The Kathmandu-based agency, alongside Lemon and DigitalIn, takes home 3 Gold, 5 Silver and 5 Bronze awards in New Delhi.

Outreach Nepal, in collaboration with its activation and digital partners Lemon and DigitalIn, achieved a remarkable success at the Flame Awards South East Asia 2025, winning a total of 13 awards at a ceremony held at Taj Vivanta, Dwarka, New Delhi, on Sunday.
Issuing a press note in Kathmandu, Outreach Nepal shared that the accolades included 7 awards for Unilever, 2 each for Samsung and Ncell, and 1 each for Mountain Dew and Shikhar Insurance, comprising 3 Gold, 5 Silver and 5 Bronze wins.
Organised by the Rural Marketing Association of India (RMAI), the Flame Awards celebrate excellence in behaviour change communication, regional marketing and inclusive marketing.
This year saw record participation from India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Thailand.
The press note stated that other notable winners included Impact Communications, Anugrah Madison, Posterscope India, Insight India Network, Covana Media, Habson Communication and Bkash Limited of Bangladesh.
The judging process was audited by Ernst & Young, with a jury co-chaired by Angelo George of Bisleri International and Venkatram Vasantavada of Seedworks International Ltd, Outreach Nepal said.
Reflecting on the achievement, Outreach Founder Ujaya Shakya expressed gratitude to clients and team members for their trust and creativity.
In addition to the awards, Shakya was appointed head of RMAI’s newly formed Nepal Chapter, which aims to foster collaboration, knowledge exchange and strategic focus on rural marketing and behaviour change communication between India and Nepal.
