Gold, silver prices slip in domestic market
Gold falls by Rs1,500, silver drops by Rs5.bookmark

Gold and silver prices in local markets fell slightly on Wednesday. Compared to Tuesday, the price of one tola (11.663 grams) of fine gold declined by Rs1,500, while silver dropped by Rs5.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, one tola of gold is priced at Rs304,000 and one tola of silver at Rs4,880.
On Tuesday, gold was Rs305,500 per tola and silver Rs4,885. On Monday, gold cost Rs302,800 per tola and silver Rs4,860. On Sunday, gold was traded at Rs305,800 and silver at Rs4,985 per tola.
Internationally, an ounce of gold is trading at USD4,920 and silver at USD75.
