A 27-year-old woman died after being hit by a falling tree in Sarawal, Nawalparasi West.
Parvati Chaudhary, a resident of ward 1 in Sarawal Rural Municipality, was fishing in the Shristi Community Forest when a dried tree fell, injuring her seriously.
Chaudhary succumbed to her injuries while undergoing treatment at Chisapani Hospital in Bardaghat, according to police.
