The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) has made public the list of the people who lost their lives in the Air Dynasty helicopter crash on Wednesday afternoon.

All five on board died in the crash in Shivapuri Rural Municipality-7, Nuwakot. The deceased are Captain Arun Malla, and four Chinese nationals, including Tang Jutao, Wu Yijao, Li Jie, and Xie Zemin.

Earlier, Subash Jha, spokesperson of Tribhuvan International Airport, said the 9N-AJD chopper belonging to Air Dynasty took off from Kathmandu at 1:54 pm for Syaprubesi, Rasuwa.

According to the Nepal Police spokesperson DIG Dan Bahadur Karki, the crash site is located in Suryachour, Nuwakot, near the capital city Kathmandu.

Last month, Nepal witnessed a tragic accident with Saurya Airlines killing 18 people aboard the aircraft.
