NOC hikes price of petroleum products

Nepal Oil Corporation has increased the price of petroleum products.
The oil monopoly hiked the price of petrol, diesel and kerosene by Rs 3 per liter effective from 12 midnight on Monday following the revised price list sent by Indian Oil Corporation.
With the revised rate, the price of petrol has been fixed at Rs 178 per liter and diesel and kerosene at Rs 175.
According to the NOC, the price of LP gas for cooking and aviation fuel has been kept unchanged.
The NOC has said that it owes Rs 16.30 billion to Indian Oil Corporation and the Government of Nepal in dues.
