Nepali Congress (NC) President and Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba is running for a seat to federal parliament from his home district Dadeldhura. This is the six time Deuba is contesting the elections from the place.
Deuba filed his nomination by granting power of attorney to his aide and district leader Ganesh Prasad Pant on Thursday. NC Dadeldhura deputy president Karunakar Bhatta has proposed Deub’s nomination and Parshuram Municipality Mayor Bhim Bahadur Saud seconded it.
