Police on Monday night arrested 28 persons from two different places in Pokhara on gambling charges.
DSP Khadka Bahadur Khatri Eighteen of them were arrested from a house of Bhupendra Hirachan in Mahendrapul with 1.123 million in cash. Similarly, 10 persons were arrested from an eatery in Ratna Chowk. Police recovered Rs 57,610 in cash from them.
Police said they will initiate case against the gamblers.
