NC's Bista elected chairman of Baitadi's Surnaya

Nepali Congress candidate Bir Bahadur Bista and CPN-UML's Lila Bista have been elected in Surnaya Rural Municipality of Baitadi district. 

NC's Bista won the election by garnering 2453 votes while his nearest rival CPN-UML's Narendra Bista received 2276 votes. 

Similarly, CPN-UML's Lila Bista secured 2304 votes, her  closest rival Bhagirathi Bohara got 2187 votes.
