CIAA files graft charge against ex-under secretary Dhungana

The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has lodged a graft complaint at the Special Court against then under secretary Indra Prasad Dhungana on Sunday.
Dhungana amassed around Rs 20 million illegally while he was serving in the Debt Recovery Tribunal in the capacity of an officer, a statement issued by the CIAA
Spokesperson Krishna Hari Pushkar said. He has also been charged with living an 'extravagant' lifestyle beyond his capacity as a government employee.
The CIAA has also demanded confiscation of all properties registered in the name of Dhungana and his wife Kaushila Dhungana that require the income source. RSS
