The normal life in Kaski district is affected due to the strike imposed by the CPN Maoist as public vehicles have remained off the road while academic institutions have shut down on Sunday .
Likewise, police arrested 27 bandh enforcers of CPN Maoist (Chand faction) this morning from different parts in Kaski. Police said that the 20 Maoist activists were held from Pokhara and seven others from Lekhnath in the district.
The Netra Bikram Chand-led Maoist party has called the nationwide strike today to protest the unofficial blockade imposed by India. RSS
