Nepali Congress (NC) central committee member and lawmaker Gagan Kumar Thapa has said that the blockade imposed by India in the border points would end if the prime minister goes to the Tarai region to convince the Madhesi people.
At a news conference organised by the Nepal Press Union in Dhankuta today, Thapa expressed his confidence that the blockade imposed by India making Tarai agitation a basis would end if Madhesi people were convinced.
Thapa asked the agitating Madhesi leaders not to add pains to the people's life by carrying out agitations in the entry points as they have space to raise their voices in the parliament too.
Leader Thapa also condemned the blockade imposed by India terming it an inhuman move. RSS
